Sure they 'count' as trades...

I saw the ask up at .026 for almost half an hour today with NO takers...

Then they dropped the ask to .0255 also with NO bites...

Then they dropped it back to .025 and only in the last 5 minites did they up the ask again to .0255 and we got 3 trades there...10K, 500, and 170K

I was really hoping there would be a trade at .026 while the ask was there...Oh well...
