the stocks price/performance speaks louder than words.
You can't read a chart and disregard dilution...the chart has to be adjusted in your noggin for the new market cap caused by additional shares...then extrapolate...if u don't adjust it...ur doomed to fund criminals personals accounts all of ur days spent with the pennies...
