At the last meeting they added 249 Million to the 35 Million they already had. That makes the total AS 284 Million.

Correct me if I am wrong here.

After those in the last filing (They cannot release the 25 Million until peeps exercise their warrants, so those 25M are tied up), bringing share count up to 204 Million when they can exercise warrants -- that leaves 80 Million remaining for the company to be able to still release for sale.
