Admittedly the money is better swing trading the shares now and I still have 3K. I want to start trading options, and this was a cheap but high-confidence trade.

I was able to get them low in the spread ($0.65) and they are already "for sale" high in the spread ($0.95).

Basically I want to get the feel for options and not do it playing $100+ AAPL contracts.
