Yes it is. But that would mean that those that have been given information in exchange for 504 positions would have to first reconcile the total loss of their investment, then their egos would have to deal with the humiliation of being duped, ( when they were so sure about everything), then they would have to spend months being deposed by attorneys and more months in court, only to find out that there is no money to disgorge from the company to distribute even in the event of a successful ruling.
