-They hope for good Chronvac-C results. They don't know more than us though.

-They are not anxious about the date. It seems that one or more weeks delays are usual there...

-They said that Chrontech will need to raise a lot of money if Phase II trials succeed, to proceed to Phase III. They don't know who lent them the bridge loan. They believe that Inovio did the offering to participate to Phase III, they also think that the creditor of the bridge loan knows that the results are positive. From what I read, all pure speculation imo.
