I thought I might mention that Cary seems to have found a CPA that he likes, since he appointed him as the registered agent for the newly formed company, Aeirs Solutions

According to the linkedin profile, Robert B. Gill spent almost two years as an accountant for Price Waterhouse Cooper

After that, Robert spent a couple of years at Whitley Penn before starting his own CPA firm.

Whitley Penn provides services to several sectors including healthcare and energy.

Whitley Penn is conveniently located in Dallas and Fort Worth.
There seems to be some good things going on with this company.
