Farne no worries man. Let's use this board in the meantime . They call it a penny stock because it's under $1 but they don't know the true value of the stock and pipeline. INO has hep C phase 2 interim data and then HIV in medical journal and once those are out we will easily see $2 + easy!

Between they are not the brightest how can INO be considered a penny stock when it doesn't trade on the OTC BB. It trades on a big exchange the NYSE is a big exchange. As being professional investors they should know the difference between a penny stock and a higher level stock. I'm saddened by the CEO responses totally unprofessional and unethical.
