To many shares, too many questions unanswered in a straightforward way, not enough tangible assets, profit, and market share explanation to drive pps, and lastly, it seems that way to much emphasis has been placed on putting out fires that, if handled differently woyld not have been started to begin with. I still believe he has a future, but he is going to need substantial help to attain his goals.
A two paragraph letter, sucinct and to the point, explaining mistakes, why they happened, and why they wont happen again, would ceretainly help. The second paragraph would explain Amex in DETAIL, and all REAL sales forcast for 2006, as well as on board help to attain theses goals. He can't do it alone
