Just to add that PEIX Madera plant has been given operating permit from San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District on Dec 10, 2012:

Dear Mr. Lund:

The District has issued the Final Title V Permit for Pacific Ethanol Madera. The preliminary decision for this project was made on October 31,2012. No comments were received subsequent to the District preliminary decision. Please note the evaluation has been revised to address several typographical errors.
The public notice for issuance of the Final Title V Permit will be published approximately three days from the date of this letter.
