It would make a perfect Business Case Study.
From the top secret closed shareholder conference call (joke)
To the Marriott brothers throwing their name around. (distant cousins)
To The Indian CONTRACTS
To the contracts in general, that never came to fruition.
This company is most likely nothing but a file folder in some stock scam artist's filing cabinet. It's probably now earmarked for a name change and enormous decretive reverse split.
This system is abused buy guys like Shiva.
