So I went to the IAG website which seems like a reasonable place to research niobium,
and there was a PDAC 2012 presentation there that showed SEVEN YEARS between orebody discovery and
construction start (Page 8) at the Niobec Mine...

Then another TWO YEARS before production started.

So if Scott has taken FIVE YEARS to advance the company within TWO YEARS of construction start then he's
doing pretty well, isn't he?
