No paycheck for ex-CEO. Found it on their 10-Q ending 9/30/12.

4. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS

Accounts payable and other accruals includes $120,000 of accrued salary due to the Company’s Chief Executive Officer as of September 30, 2012, compared to $80,000 of accrued salary to the Company’s Chief Executive Officer as of December 31, 2011.

Yup, have not been getting paid for a long time. How long can you live without a paycheck before you say OUTTA HERE?

BTW, look at the employee stock option section. All options way under water. Weighted average exercise price was $0.37 per share. This means they are worthless to ex-CEO.

Sooner or later, we all need money to pay rent and buy food.
