They would have no reason to do a reverse. The only reason they did the reverse merger with Comamtech was to get on the NASDAQ. Paperwork was not filed by the COMT folks properly or on time and they lost that opportunity. If the stock trades to the $3-$5 level there will be no reason this is not going on the NASDAQ!
Different time and Different company.
I think management has learned their lesson. Actions will tell the tale... no more words.
