So they have the 85% interest now, but they'll lose it on July 12, 2013 if they don't pay $18 million?

Wasn't the original story that they got nothing until the full $180 million was paid? Then it was nothing until the first $54 million was paid. Then it was the first $5.4 million. Now it's they have it, but they lose it in 3 months if they don't pay?

I suspect we'll hear another set of excuses, delays, extensions and such until the company announces Amarant is no longer meeting the terms of the (still not released) agreement, BUT there's a really, really big company that's VERY interested in taking over the deal.
