Company management's say a lot of things, often times for their own purposes, and are not always transparent to their shareholders or the public.

You surely don't believe everything you read, do you?

What I do know is that on March 6th this stock was at $.69 pps and a 15 million share offering drove the stock pps down to the low $.50 range. What ever reason management gives for the increase in the authorized shares, it will definitely suppress the pps.
