They have not updated their website in 9 months!!! They have not filed the required SEC reports. There is no phone number that you can call them to place an order for their so-called device. There is no evidence of any shipments. They have ghost companies as distributors. They have an Italian patent. This is a US company. Why not get a real patent in the US? Why? It is not a legitimate invention so it would never get awarded a US patent. The US is the first choice for a US company to patent anything. An Italian patent only offers protection in Italy. So how much value is that? The US patent offers the largest protection. You can get an Italian patent on piece of toiler paper.

Their so called audit firm has not filed anything. They owe three reports and soon it will be four reports. They also have not files the 12b-25 stating they will be late.
