If you haven't already, I recommend that you listen to the webcast at the Roth conference. It was incredible, the switch from nervous "Umm...Ummm..." Brad to handing the mic over to Bluher, calm, confident, and in control.

It was clear to me at that point who is in control. Bluher is leading the business and Brad is in the backseat mixing poprocks and soda in his mouth, while Cory is burning ants with a magnifying glass.
