Back in early 2001-2 he was taking people for 100K. He reverses shares, issues new ones, puts them in the hands of promoters who bring in newbies. The Company sells shares with the promoters who dump the shares in the market and the price tanks....quickly. A little will go to try and get the water on the market, (possibly) and the rest will probably go to them under the auspices of past monies owed, etc , etc.

Thats just one of his schemes and his history of RS's is right there for all of you to see.

He has so far been able to escape from any legal proceedings of which he has been the subject of a few, including screwing employees who took him to the labor board and won for a lot of money because he convinced an ex partner of his to take over one of the previous Companies and all that Companies liabilities that he also led down the toilet.

He probably has cost investors around 2 million so far.
