They are in denial
I made a prediction yesterday and got blasted for it, but I really don’t care I am just giving my opinion to assist others in seeing around their rose colored glasses. At the end of the day I was dead on and still feel the same about this stock. The issuance of stock is a vehicle to raise capital and when the stock price tanked I think the CEO had no choice but to go elsewhere for funding. This leaves in my opinion this stock out in nowhere land and the company increasing debt through other funding options further reducing an already low stock value. One possible upside is that the properties should turn a profit eventually if there is no massive bust on the overall property market but the debt incurred will be paid back well in advance of any returns to investors. Take it for what it is worth and blast away I love the entertainment.
