They (HEK) holds about 7% of the outstanding shares then. UGSI would fit in nicely with HEK and what they want to become. Currently in the process of rebranding themselves (soon to be called Nuverra Environmental Solutions). Believe it is just a matter of time before we are folded into them. Under what terms, and how much say we as shareholders have in the matter are the big questions. I can then see Andy running Nuverra as Dick Heckmann eases out. Difficult for us to get our unfair share of Nuverra shares for UGSI with Andy's obvious conflict of interest.
