When the stock ran to .024 a year ago, then lost all it's gains and fell back to .002, garnering itself a spot in the "Pump and Dump Hall of Fame", the A/S was 500 million and the O/S was only 350 to 400 million. The share structure has pretty much doubled since then. The A/S is now 950 million and the O/S is a massive 754 million shares and counting. Peeps here need to keep that in mind when there is talk of "another run back up to .02 like last year".
