SAPX @.0042, .03 sales valuation just submitted in latest filing to SEC. Question i ask is, whats coming up that the CEO values the sale of his shares at that price? Heavy speculation of merger..
MM Nite is short millions of shares.. SAPX was at .04 not too long ago.

Next few days will be very interesting.
