GILTF is a troubled company since years, and at best
it will take a long period to put it on tracks (if at
all).

EVS is a complete different story for 3 reasons,
1/It is now in a better situation than GILTF.
2/It operates in a much less competative enviorment
than GILTF does.
3/It has a daughter company which it plans to spin
in AIM at 2-3 times the purchase price.
