Hey folks..I'm brand new to pennies and really new to the site but I really enjoy and appreciate all of the insight that you guys give.

Anywhoo, I was in Ft. Lauderdale this past Friday. My lady and I go to a annual concert down in Miami Gardens which is about 25 mins away from Lauderdale. We took a party of about 10 over to Mango's for dinner and had a solid experience.

The food and service was good not great but the vibe with the live band was fantastic and the the locale is phenomenal. Las Olas Blvd is like a Collins Drive in Miami without the Atlantic sitting there. Lots of upscale shops and restaurants.

I will say that Mango's kinda sticks out like a sore thumb on Las Olas because it lacks that "flair and pizzazz" but I think thats what BTHR sees in the site.

Spoke with the manager who immediately pulled me outside said that I must be a penny stock guy because he had a fella drive from NY the previous week to check out the spot and others have called or inquired.

He said that the sale was in place and that the owner Whitman, seemed to be a straight up kind of guy. I dont know much about Mango's itself but it was packed on a Friday night, has a great location and when the sale goes through, I can see this being a real gainer for us.

Keep posting veterans...I'll keep reading.
