tm didn't beat us, the judicial did. how is it possible to understand the patent completely and decide - in one's judicial 'wisdom' - to take a word "predetermined" and another word "preestablished" and REWRITE the patent language such that one word is crossed out like a naïve 6 year old with an oversized crayon and the other word - first stripped of all its possessions of meanings and relevance in the patent - just as pretty as you please 'word processed' into its place. This is such an egregious error not only because it is without question 'wrong', but leads one to wonder 'why'? His lordship gilstrap fails to even address the issue and rubberstamps this blunder with the razor sharp judicial discernment of a floating goldfish.

Truth and Justice. It would be a beautiful world if real truth would lead to real justice.
