I thought not but didn't think about it being " Their Investor". That's probably better than any old lender.
I guess this the waiting game, however I do think that with the initial report and the BIG fact that they secured the property this thing has great potential. I don't think that this guy is throwing stuff at the wall and waiting to see what sticks.
Time will tell, just hope its not much more time. SLIO!
