If that is your though process you have it completely twisted.

"Im certain the same legalities are applicable to any and all mmj companies."

First off Erbb is recreational marijuana not mmj BIG BIG BIG difference! Well in the sense that erbb will be player due to rec-mj no mmj!

Second off everything mj*a sells is currently legal where it sells it. They only sell thc products to dispensaries(edibles hight thc quantity things). The term CBD is legal in the states( cause cbd is a completely different compound than thc) as the nih had a patent on CBD's so if they label the products cbd and it has less than I think 2% thc content it's legal to sell to all 50 states. Since all operations are legal it is no problem for the company to release revenues.

Third off under certain legalities pertaining to the current laws. Dispensaries ARE NOT ABLE to merge profits to the corporate entity. That is law. Brian Cook even mentions a few words pertaining that in the interview he had with Kim Brown.

Why would a company go out of its way to report revenues, when currently it's not even completely legal to have all those profits??? They wouldn't.

The way I look at it, is since that's the case profits have to be used to finance and upgrade/expand the name/business.

Say you have a shelf corp in say Wyoming as there is no corporate taxes there. Well to be a a way greater financial standpoint, if you'd be able to dump all earnings/profits back into the company, as you wouldn't be having to pay any taxes at all. Though instead of being tax free for them, it's not legal!

They can't currently collect revenues legally , so I'd be more concerned them releasing something that would be a complete fabrication then nothing at all. JMHO!
