Quite honestly I am surprised there is not more talk on this possible outcome it would make a lot of sense that they would put both assets in protection mode and concel one if the other sale goes well to me it is the only way to protect the assets from liquidation during the auction process. It did not surprise me that Hollister went into bankrupt protection with a healty delay in the auction date why not sell them all on the same day if they were truly throwing in the towel as a company.
