Maybe it is. I already checked the octbb.com. nothing yet. I thought I could find older Q's that sit around for like six months and do nothing. And then start to pump. Like aamrq from .30 to 4.27. I remember vstnq from .07 to 2.15 two yrs ago. It was called the jackpot.
