Well back from hospital, man jj is one tough cookie. Well i said that about the 45 days and people tore me up. I based mine on the vhc case also. Been posting that all except 822 would be decided and we wait a period of time for settlement talks to go again then they decide if no settlement. Sorry but it will happen that way. Let me straighten some stuff out.
I posted based on knowledge of the scheduling order sent to me by a friend he got it from the court docs. It is available for all to see. He was the one i was trusting with my info. He is a navy buddy stationed in va. He did sit in court during trial. Dont know where he got all his info but i trusted him and tried to help others here so i posted it.
I never once said i had inside info, period.
Now i will admit that i was wrong alot, and i can not take it back, but i did it in good faith hoping to help everyone who read it. Hope no one got hurt. I was so pissed yesterday when my info seemed to me to be legit and never panned out . that when jj, who i do follow and trust. Said some stuff that put me over the edge.
I do not think i or anyone should be made fun of the way you all did me ! I had enough and voiced it hard to jj, which was only because it was the post i saw first. I will apologize to the board for filling it full of drama.
I will not apologize for trying to post what i thought was good info from someone who i trusted. I did say about the judge being paid for and mis trial to garner thought and get people to talk about the funny way this seems to be heading. On purpose posting that i never believed the mis trial thing but i still wonder about the judge. I posted to hope someone could reassure me or others who think that. But it backfired because i have zero credibility. I understand why but it does hurt. I honestly was trying to help. Got bad advice and ran with it. I do belief the posting of 10-12 and pull back. Etc
I will try to get betrer info before i post anything of that nature, i will be carful of the wording like knowledge because people take it to mean insider info. If you read a document and it seems to be legit, does it not give u knowledge?
I will end this message with when i did first start posting here i posted about seven really good post got not one reply, could not figure it out. Was it the name i chose on a different stock? I dunno
