Large international organizations such as Red Cross & SOS are likely to vet the companies they work with.
Even though UCPA is traded on the pink sheets, I doubt that was ever a consideration or a thought in choosing UCPA for these contracts.
I would imagine these organizations chose the best company to have their message heard.

In my opinion, UCPA will break a penny.
I think it will happen soon, but I know it wont happen until Mr. Froberg & company want it to.

Just remember, Silence is a Strategy too.
