Optomistic trader, you will be able to by reading the next quarterly filing. unfortunatley it's actually the yearly filing as our fiscal year for accounting ends at the end of march. So that means we will be guessing until the year report is filed in june or july?

But, if no other settlement happens by the end of the month then all the revenues from the flash licensing for the 4th quarter will mostly be from this settlement. There are still some small amounts of royatlies I think 22k each quarter from other settlements. Keep in mind if its a onetime lump payment it will be the entire settlement. I remember when we found out how low the LG settlement was after all the speculation of 10's to hundreds of millions of dollars hinted at some questioned the amount shown had to be only edig's cut. Not true it's the entire settlement and then edig expenses the cut to DM or in this case Handal.

I would not expect too much. Probably the biggest company we had Samsung only paid 1.2 million and Lg was 1.6. When LG was such a low payment some went ballistic and mangement soothed them by saying LG got a great deal to get the ball rolling and the others would be much higher. Some paid a little more but the final of that group and one of the largest CE companies in the world only paid 1.2 million. Edig management then claimed they learned so much from round 1 that round 2 was gonna be bigger. Well we know that too wasn't the truth as many of the round 2 settlements were way below the average of round 1.

So my guess is no really big settlements forth coimng and maybe just a lot of 400k to 1.5 million if we are lucky.
