It wont matter what bills pass as long as the company keeps diluting. This will never ever move like Medbox which has an o/s of 11mil with a little over 1mil float. ERBB unlike MDBX has at last report 1.1bil o/s with most of it in the float. I bet next 10q shows more than 2bil o/s. This is not nor will it ever be a $1 stock. 2bil market cap, I think not. We could see a dime someday but only if the dilution stops. It sucks but its true.
