Really? There's no such thing as restricted shares? All of them are free trading?

I didn't say there weren't restricted shares, but try to get a vendor to take shares for payment, if restricted. I doubt any would be accepted...pay cash or take a hike, thus BW has to issue through MM, who will sell, or issue unrestricted as payments, which get sold as quickly as possible. Vendors don't hang onto to shares of a company with BBDA's past.

Remember I was responding to your post that shares can get issued and not get sold for one year. I don't disagree that those mechanics are possible, just heavily doubt in this case. That's all.
