APS is trying to build a good looking chart so ppl will feel both comfortable in there purchase an at the same time spark a feeling of if I dont execute soon I`ll be left behind hence the all green candles since the promo began. If it was to spike right outta the gates the promo would`ve died on day one and pop to around .50 tops this is a slow steady climb to $1+. JMHO
