Auda that might be however, if they have said they are pre-irb and the irb is just a first filing - they have had 7 months to do it. The shares were trading high during those months and I'm sure there was enough to file the IRB that would have moved them toward trials. An IRB from what I have read has minimal costs when there is minimal risk and in the case of tropine3, it was again my understanding from the PR campaign, that the substance was already being used and therefore was not considered high risk. Therefore, if you take a valuation from around the States, you can find the general cost for an IRB to be for example $5,000. Even if it were double that to file - is that exorbitant? It wouldn't seem so at all. Bear in mind that is just for the IRB but as I have said, in Feb of this year, they responded to another poster, that they are still in Pre-IRB. I have to find a few thousand to pay for dental bills, if my project that I intended to make money on was my lifeline and my work - I would find the cash to put into it. Since the company refuses to file any sort of report, people have been left to wonder on their own. The idea that Berman is still holding stock really doesn't mean much at this point. She isn't putting her face or name on the PR and isn't relying on that stock for any sort of income. I think the fact she pulled herself off the PR for the time being is important.
