COME ON PEEPS!!! Who the hell is selling 15 Million shares worth down here?

I know some of this is shorting and MM manipulations, but I doubt much more than half of it is.
And, I really doubt that PH is diluting us down here after he just offered shares for .03 - he wants this to go up to sell those 25 nillion shares! I don't think even Peter Hoffman is that stupid.

Why in the world would you not wait for better prices? It is almost guaranteed here, come ON!!! Hold on a bit!
