Hey massivegains, good post my friend!! Here's the "Insider" trade information- just wanted everybody to know what's been cooking in the oven. Buyout talks are happenning; but final price per share can't be agreed to as of yet. The hush hush is exactly that!! Everything is tight lip. Guys & girls don't freak out because the price per share may land at .25. I know we've all vowed to hold til a dollar. The problem was that Ray wanted a dollar and Nick wanted .10, go figure, so where do we end up. I say .25, and let Ray quietly squeeze out a few old shares before final share structure completion. New company will buy out MDIN with all products, contracts, and patents, thus I hope all us longs will be okay with .25 a share!! Have a great day everyone.
