I think an audit results will be out in the next month or two but I don't think it will be the type of figures that are required to report to the SEC. There are many pink sheet stocks that report to the SEC and the share price is still too low to move to a different exchange. From past pr's I don't think QBID will move to a different exchange. If frank can't move to a different exchange he will hold of filing with the SEC.
