facts are facts,this claim is IMO false and the alleged agreement was never fully signed off on,IMO five nines and Kevin Kriesler are attempting to defraud the companies and may be in the business of patent trolling,this company was introduced thru another....the Flux Carbon Fund.........I hope the company will have news on this as it actually shows....again IMO that there is a huge value here and if the stock is affected it would be a huge buying oppourtunity....these people are probably very short on the stock and have done this to drive the stock down to cover...Digifonica has nothing to do with this alleged fraudulent scheme .....IMO and this day will evolve as any other
