The blood samples that were recently sent of for p21/p53 tests,.. did any of those blood samples contain blood taken from Cohort-3 patients...?

Also we were told that the Cohort-2 dosage was a DOUBLING from the Cohort-1 dosage level. Can you please tell us what increase was given for the Cohort-3 from the Cohort-2 level,... another doubling,... 50%,...etc...?
