this is not what he meant

the licensing deal in asia started a while ago, so they could have announced that a while ago. none of what he said in the PR is "news" in the sense of being new to them just now. i think they said something because they sensed their silence was making people jumpy.

i think there is still a big new deal that they are working on and will announce when they get it
