Eric will either resign, or will be fired.

Given he owns the majority of stock and his "lady friend" is in this mess as deep as he is, not sure who would fire them. IMO...IMO... if he had even 1/1000th of the honor, integrity or true concern about the success of this company and his loyal longs that has been blogged about for so long...he would have resigned by now.

I told them years ago they didn't have what it took to make this company succeed. Pride + arrogance = failure...every time.

Sorry for your loss. As clearly demonstrated by other longs who have become vocal and have finally seen the truth...you are not alone.
