Don't bother. It was the most expensive flu trials in history. Roche put over $600 million into the trials. Primary outcome was to show a statistically significant advantage over no treatment at all, so they ran heavy testing that included viral load counts, baseline and hourly antigen, etc. Much more expensive than any vaccine study.

What would you estimate per person for a 40 person study that included PK/PD that only tested treated verses untreated subjects where all 40 were inoculated with a live virus and only half were treated with IV FluCide? That would be enough for a critical care Breakthrough Technology application followed by approval for use in clinical ICUs.

Btw, off by an order of magnitude, there is no difference between 100 million and 13 million, other than the first being 2 orders of magnitude. Lol
