I'm guessing it has to be at least before the week of April 15. For such a big event like the cannabis cup to be at our own back yard in Colorado is huge! They will need everything in place for it to go smoothly IMO. But what I think about is what kind of $$$$$ that it will bring to the state(travel, food, lodging, gifts, novelty items, marijuana, marijuana, marijuana, ect.. There is sure to be big spenders and many celebrities as well! The ramifications of the Cup could be huge to the leniency of some actions in the state to begin with, IMO!
