By tripling its share count a drug developer can raise the cash to do its own phase 3 trials.

I made that statement to point out that in a generic sense any start up drug company can fund its phase 3 trials with a sufficiently awful dilution of its shares. I did not mean to intend that I had done the math and determine that NNVC would have to triple its share count to pay for phase 3 trials. The highest number I actually came up with for Flucide phase 3 trials was $13,000,000.
