scoopx ONYX is still around ONYX and HSCC bid on a surveillance contract in the Mid East to put surveillance systems in 6 cites that grew into 10 in 3 different countries. Each area wide network would utilize 60,000 - 100,000 cameras. The cost was is 2-3.5 billion dollars. It all go put on hold after the uprisings in Egypt spread to other parts of the Mid East.
