As to the question of who signed what....

I can't get a copy of any filing signed by Taylor. Like I said, on the phone they (the SOS) will give you answers, but the records division will not supply hard copy.

I did ask the SOS about the possibilty that they had failed to update the filings - and the possibility that PT was NOT an officer.

Dominick admitted there was a possibilty that his office had missed an update -- but he strongly doubted it. He said that to him it appeared that Paul Taylor was and is an officer of Telatinos, and definitely for Netco.

Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
