The thing is David Koos hasn't provided the date the FDA received the IND, so no one here really knows. You'd think that providing this date wouldn't be too much to ask for if there wasn't anything to hide. I'd say that there is a good chance there was a problem with the initial application considering we received information we should have had within 1-2 weeks following February 5th, on March 18th. If that is the case, the 30 day clock could have indeed been reset. Let me make it clear that I am still holding here. I just refuse to support BMSN by making exaggerated claims and overlooking certain things that should be considered.
